K.D. Marine were formed in 1989 to fill a market niche for a more focused underwater contractor servicing the needs of the offshore oil and gas industry.
The need for such a contractor was identified particularly where the work scope was relatively short or low in value and yet, still subject to the rigorous QHSE expectations of our clients.As times moved on KD Marine has moved with them; we have built new systems, including our two custom designed Subsea Intervention Daughter Craft and through our alliance with Mermaid Offshore Services we can now offer the DSV Mermaid Endurer and DSV Mermaid Commander (ex-CSO Marianos)
